It's hard to believe that the Holiday's are just around the corner! Contact us to book your next appointment!
With that in mind, here are some dates you will want to make note of:
Thursday, December 24th: Open Morning Only - 8:00am to 12:00pm
Friday, December 25th: CLOSED
Monday, December 28th: CLOSED
Thursday, December 31st: Open Morning Only - 8:00am to 12:00pm
Friday, January 1st: CLOSED
Dr. Tara will be on Holiday's from Monday, December 28th to Friday, January 1st.
Welcome Back, RMT Kelly!
We are excited to inform you that Kelly's recovery is going well and her return date to Advanced Vitality will be Tuesday, January 5th, 2021!
Kelly will be returning on the following modified hours:
Tuesday's from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Thursday's from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Thank you for all of your well wishes and words of encouragement. We are excited and looking forward to having Kelly back!

Shanique's last day at Advanced Vitality was November 27th. We would like to wish her well as she moves on to pursue her next chapter.
Shanique has been part of the Advanced Vitality team since September, 2019. Thank you Shanique for all of your hard work and dedication over this past year. Your upbeat personality and sense of humor was a great energy to have in the clinic. We will miss you!

"Hi! I'm Abby!
I grew up riding and showing horses. I started teaching Western and English riding at the age of 12. I also love to travel. I have been snowboarding in Switzerland and surfing in Australia, and plan to visit Italy and Iceland one day. I am currently finishing grade 12 and plan to head off to University in a few years. I am very much looking forward to meeting everyone!"
Christmas Colouring Contest
Our Christmas Colouring contest is coming back and is open to ALL AGES! We will award prizes in the following age groups:
0-6 yrs | 7-12 yrs | 13 yrs+
The colouring contest will run from December 1 to 24th, 2020. Prizes for age group winners will be announced on Tuesday, December 29th and will be featured in our January newsletter!
How to Participate
We are now offering virtual participation. CLICK HERE to download your copy of our Christmas colouring contest sheet. You can also pick one up next time you are in the clinic.
How to Submit
1. Post a picture of your completed sheet to social media tagging Advanced Vitality:
Facebook: @advancedvitality and #AdvancedVitality
Instagram: @advanced_vitality and #AdvancedVitality
OR
2. Email a photo of the completed sheet with your name on it to info@advancedvitaity and use the subject heading “Christmas Colouring Contest”

3. Drop off your completed sheet the next time you are in the clinic

Meet Spice!
Name suggestions for Spice were taken the week of November 23-27th. On November 30th, Advanced Vitality Clinic Members voted and Spice was the most voted. Thanks Jaclyn for the great suggestion!
Every day, Spice will be hiding in a different location at Advanced Vitality. She is watching over everyone and will report back to Santa at the North Pole each night. When you're in, see if you can spot her. Be careful though, if you touch her then her magic will flee.
Holiday Mini Session Success!
On Saturday, November 21st, Advanced Vitality teamed up with Kelly Markwith Photography to provide Holiday Mini Sessions to Advanced Vitality Families at Chinguacousy Park in Brampton.
The day was a huge success! Each family spent 20 minutes with Kelly as she took "lifestyle" photos with different Christmas sets. Check out some of the photos below!

Holiday Photo Corner!
If you were unable to make the Holiday Mini Session in November, not to worry! We will have a Holiday Photo Corner set up at the clinic during Christmas Spirit Week - December 18th to December 24th. We will gladly use your phone to snap a photo or two of you and your family for the Holiday's!
