An Important Notice to our Valued Clinic Members
Considering the recent updates on COVID-19, we want to put you at ease and let you know the extra precautions we are taking to ensure your safety at this time.
Please be assured, we are following all sanitization guidelines as describe by the CDC and the Ministry of Health for Independent Health Facilities for the containment of COVID-19.
We are sanitizing all beds and treatment areas following each treatment. The waiting area chairs, tables, door handles, light switches, payment terminal, counters and clinic iPad are sanitized hourly, and on porous fabrics we are using sanitizing spray hourly. We have temporarily removed all magazines, books, toys and exercise equipment.
All Advanced Vitality staff are following hand washing/rubbing protocol, as always, and we do have hand sanitizer available for use in all areas of the clinic.
To ensure your safety and our safety, we have a screening protocol in place upon entry to the clinic regarding any recent travel, travel location, as well as those Clinic Members exhibiting ANY illness related symptoms. These symptoms include FEVER, COUGH, DIFFICULTY BREATHING and SORE THROAT.
You will also notice that our reminder calls and emails now include a screening message. If you call or email to book an appointment, a staff member will ask you the screening questions before booking your appointment. Your honesty in answering these screening questions will help Advanced Vitality staff take the right precautions to care for you, and all our Clinic Members.
If a Clinic Member screens positive, we ask that do not come into the clinic and seek advice from your medical doctor. Please call us to let us know you will not be attending your appointment and we will reschedule you without consequence.
In the rare case that we do have a Clinic Member that screens positive upon entry, the Clinic Member will be asked to leave immediately, and a staff member will call them to reschedule the appointment. Please know that every precaution would be taken in this case in order to protect you, your family and all those at Advanced Vitality.
