Remembrance Day

Wednesday, November 11th

Join us on Wednesday, November 11th as we take a moment of silence to honour and remember the men and women who have served, and continue to serve Canada.

The Royal Canadian Legion's 2020 National Poppy Campaign began on Friday, October 30th. This year, several changes will be implemented in regards to the ways in which donors can attend and support the campaign.

On November 11th, the Legion will offer a Facebook Live presentation of the National Remembrance Day ceremony, and the traditional host broadcaster - CBC - will also cover the commemoration.

For the first time, spectators are discouraged from attending in person, due to the limited space and requirement to

Donations and Support

In most locations, traditional poppy boxes will accept coins and donors will receive poppies as usual. Where feasible and safe, donation tables and volunteers will be placed at business entrances and public locations. The Legion will also pilot an electronic "Pay Tribute" box that will allow the community to donate and receive a poppy with tap and pay technology in select locations.

Trick or Treating at Advanced Vitality

Chiropractic Care - Appointment Pre-Booking

As the Holiday season is quickly approaching, we are encouraging Clinic Members to pre-book appointments to ensure you are able to book the dates and times that work best with your busy schedule and adherence to your care plan.

If you would like to start pre-booking your 2021 appointments, let us know! These appointments can always be rescheduled at a later date if needed.


Massage Therapy Updates

For the month of November, massages will be capped at 45 minutes. Clinic Members with an upcoming massage booked for 60 minutes will be notified by Advanced Vitality and the appointment adjusted to 45 minutes. We appreciate your understanding!

NEW IP!!! Vegetable Bolognese Spaghetti Mix

Hearty and flavourful! An Italian classic with a vegetarian twist! We are excited to add this product to our shelves. Let us know if we can add this to your next order.

Get creative! Try this Vegetable Bolognese with Cauliflower Rice recipe!


• 1-2 tsp olive oil

• 2 Tbsp thinly sliced green onions

• 1 garlic clove, pressed or minced

• ¾ cup minced mushrooms

• ¼ cup finely diced celery

• ½ cup cauliflower rice

• ½ tsp paprika

• ½ tsp Italian seasoning

• ¼ tsp salt

• ¼ tsp pepper

• ¼ tsp red pepper flakes

• ½ cup fire-roasted diced tomatoes

• 1 cup vegetable broth, divided in half

• 1 packet Ideal Protein Vegetable Bolognese Spaghetti Mix

• Fresh parsley for garnish, if desired.


  1. In a large skillet, add oil, garlic and green onions and cook over low heat for 1-2 minutes.

  2. Add minced mushrooms, celery, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

  3. Once mushrooms start to brown, add tomatoes with ½ cup of the vegetable broth, turning the heat to medium. Cover while cooking the vegetables, stirring occasionally; cook approximately 15 minutes.

  4. Sprinkle in IP Vegetable Bolognese Spaghetti Mix, cauliflower rice and the other ½ cup of the vegetable broth and cook for an additional 5 to 10 minutes.

  5. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
