Halloween Colouring Contest
Our colouring contest is back and open to ALL AGES.
Prizes will be awarded in the following age groups:
0-5 yrs | 6-8 yrs | 9 yrs+
The colouring contest will run from October 1-31, 2021. Prizes for age group winners will be announced on Tuesday, November1st and featured in our November newsletter!
How to Participate
We are now offering virtual participation. CLICK HERE to download your copy of our Halloween colouring contest sheet. You can also pick one up next time you are in the clinic.
How to Submit
1. Post a picture of your completed sheet to social media tagging Advanced Vitality:
Facebook: @advancedvitality and #AdvancedVitality
Instagram: @advanced_vitality and #AdvancedVitality
OR
2. Email a photo of the completed sheet with your name on it to info@advancedvitaity and use the subject heading “Halloween Colouring Contest”
OR
3. Drop off your completed sheet the next time you are in the clinic

AV Trick or Treat Week!
The week of October 24th to the 28th, we invite all kids (and grown ups who like to act like kids!) to trick or treat at Advanced Vitality!
Dress up in your favourite costume, Halloween colours, or Halloween gear and receive a treat!
We also love to show off your costumes!
We'll always ask for permission to take your picture to post on social media.

Our Clinic Fun Fair was a HUGE success!
Thank you for making our first ever Clinic Fun Fair a tremendous success. We had a lot of great feedback from everyone who joined us and our mom-to-mom swap was the biggest one yet! We had a TON of stuff left and were able to donate it to a couple of locations in our community that were incredible grateful. Check out some photos of the fun that we had the event!

Clinic Member Spotlight: Meet Simran!
Simran was a completely different person when we met her in the spring of 2022. She was in constant pain throughout her entire body and was suffering with depressive feelings and wondering if she would ever feel like herself again. Chiropractic was a last ditch effort after trying a bunch of things to get her life back on track and honestly, she wasn't really sure if it would work. Fast forward a few short months and we rarely see Simran without a huge smile on her face! Her pain is gone on most days and the people in her life are noticing that "she's back to her bubbly self". This story is full of ALL the feels and is a MUST READ to bring a smile to your face!
"To this day I don’t regret my decision. It really changed my life. I’m really grateful for the support as well. There was not a single day that she didn’t listen to me. I must say if she wasn’t there for me I wouldn’t be able to come out of the darkest place of my life physically and mentally."

First Annual Christmas Maker's Fest
Calling all Makers, Bakers & Crafters!
We know that quite a few of you clinic members are incredibly talented and have your own businesses and 'side hustles' and we want to show you off!
What better way to celebrate your talents then to host a week entirely dedicated to YOU and highlighting your amazing creations - all the while giving the rest of our clinic community the opportunity to do some early Christmas Shopping for authentic, handmade, one of a kind gifts!
During the week of November 14th-18th we will be displaying your Creations and contact information so people can get a first hand look at your incredible creations AND have the opportunity to peruse your websites or social media platforms and place unique orders just for them!
We are asking anyone who wants to be involved to fill out the Application Form below so we can highlight you in our November Newsletter and on our social media in November!

Our Wellness Memberships are a hit! Congratulations to everyone who has graduated from Restoration care and are enjoying the member benefits of a Wellness Membership!
These memberships are offered to qualifying Clinic Members that have completed a Restoration Care Plan and wish to maintain their achievements and optimize their health with regular weekly or bi-weekly chiropractic adjustments. Additional perks accompany these memberships including complimentary Health Scans, discounted fees and Family Plans.

World Spine Day: October 16th
Taking place on October 16 each year, World Spine Day highlights the burden of spinal pain and disability around the world. With health professionals, exercise and rehabilitation experts, public health advocates, schoolchildren and patients all taking part, World Spine Day is celebrated on every continent.
An estimated one billion people worldwide suffer with spinal pain. It affects people across the life course and is the biggest single cause of disability on the planet. Effective management and prevention is therefore key and this year’s World Spine Day will be encouraging people to take steps to be kind to their spines.
