Is working from home a pain in the neck? Maybe taking on the role of home daycare + working from home is causing some neck pain or stiffness. Or maybe, just being unable to see your chiropractor or massage therapist is causing your old injuries to be extra painful these days.
Well here is your second neck pain strategy to help minimize painful restrictions or muscle spasms. This information comes from the Canadian Chiropractic Guideline Initiative in partnership with the Centre for Disability Prevention and Rehabilitation.
Instructions:
1. Sit comfortably with your back straight and head facing forward
2. Gently tuck your chin
3. Sitting tall, begin to lift your chin toward the ceiling as far as you can without pain or slumping
4. Repeat 10 times, 5 times per day
