Neck Pain Solutions: Day 4

Today's exercise for neck pain and stiffness are FORWARD BENDING. This movement can be difficult in people with shoulder pain and tension in the upper back. It is a really good movement to help relieve stiffness in the upper back and neck and can even improve breathing and reduce stress related tension.
1. Sit comfortably with your back straight and head facing forward.
2. Gently tuck your chin.
3. Keeping your chin tucked, move your head and look down at your chest.
4. Use your hands on the back of your head to add a gentle stretch.
5. Repeat 10 times, 5 times a day
