On Saturday, March 28th, we will be hosting an Orthotics Workshop with Chiropodist Dr. Jennifer Chua at Advanced Vitality from 10:00am - 12:00pm. Spots are limited and they fill up quick. To book your 15 minute assessment, call or email us at the clinic.

Jelly Bean Guessing Contest
March 1-17, 2020
Starting March 1st through until March 17th, you will have the opportunity to submit your guess for our St. Patrick's Day Jelly Bean Guessing Contest when you are in the clinic.
The winner will be announced on Wednesday, March 18th and will take home the jar of Jelly Beans.
The winner will be the individual who has the exact or closest guess without going over to the total amount of Jelly Beans.
Ideal Protein Education Seminar

For those who are interested in finding out more or would like to start the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Program, we will be hosting an Educational Seminar on Monday March 23, 2020 from 8:00pm - 9:00pm at Advanced Vitality.

Easter Colouring Contest
Starting March 23rd, we will be running our Easter Coloring contest for kids aged 12 years and under.
Easter Egg Hunt
Starting March 23rd, plastic eggs will be hidden throughout the clinic. Find one and you can keep the prize inside! Open to all ages.
FEBRUARY CONTEST WINNERS
We held a few contests throughout the month of February! Our Valentine's Day Colouring Contest was a hit once again.
Congratulations to Kimoia on winning this month's Colouring Contest. Kimoia will receive a $15 gift card to Chapters.
The Iles Family received four passes to the movies for winning the AV Family Day Social Media Challenge by posting their favourite family photo on Instagram using #avfamilyday2020 and tagging Advanced Vitality.
Our Ideal Protein Weight Loss Challenge was very successful. Congratulations to each dieter, everyone had amazing results throughout the month of February. Winners were chosen based on the highest amount of body fat and mass lost. Our weekly winners each received a $25.00 Advanced Vitality credit on their account to be used towards any services or products offered here at Advanced Vitality.

We are happy to announce that we will be testing out a new Text Messaging Feature!
Starting March 1st, we will be testing this feature to confirm the following types of appointments:

Other select appointments
We would appreciate any feedback and suggestions you may have in regards to the text messaging feature.

Maria joined our team at the beginning of February and she is passionate about helping our dieters achieve their personal weight loss goals!
Maria will be hosting Ideal Protein Educational Workshops on select Monday evenings from 8:00pm - 9:00pm. If you are interested, email or call the clinic to reserve a spot. Space is limited.

MISSED AND LATE CANCELLATION POLICY
Your scheduled appointment time is reserved just for you. Our providers make every effort to be on time for your scheduled appointments. In return, we ask that you help us by keeping your scheduled appointments and notify us in advance when you are unable to do so. When you give advanced notice, we can accommodate other clinic members.
A clinic member is subject to our missed and late cancellation policy if they fail to show for a scheduled appointment without notifying the clinic or when they cancel without sufficient notice.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, contact Advanced Vitality via phone, email or website contact form immediately. Since appointments are in high demand, your prompt cancellation will give another clinic member the opportunity to access our services.
Appointments that are cancelled the day of are subject to our late cancellation policy.
Missed and Late Cancellation Policy:
1st Missed/Late Cancellation
Warning #1:The clinic member will be notified via phone and receive an email reminder of our late cancellation and missed appointment policy.
2nd Missed/Late Cancellation
Warning #2: The clinic member will be notified via phone and receive an email reminder of our late cancellation and missed appointment policy. The clinic member will be made aware that the next missed appointment or day of cancellation will subject them to a 50% non-refundable deposit to book future appointments, due at the time of booking.
3rd Missed/Late Cancellation
The clinic member is now required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit, due at the time of booking, in order to book any future appointments. Payment may be taken over the phone or the clinic member may come into the clinic to book.
There is no charge for rescheduling or cancelling an appointment if we are notified at least one day prior to your appointment. We understand that "Life Happens", so exceptions to this policy may be made due to family or health emergencies, at the discretion of Advanced Vitality Management.
