Our theme this month is "Back-to-School" so follow us on Instagram all month for helpful information and tips about natural and drug free solutions for a healthy & comfortable back-to-school season for both you and your kids!
4 Back Pack Safety Tips for a Healthy "Back" to school!
Carrying a heavy load that is unevenly or improperly distributed can result in poor posture; and even distort the spinal column, throwing it out of alignment. This can cause muscle strain, headaches, back, neck and arm pain, and even nerve damage.
Teaching children the importance of properly using their backpacks is key to helping them avoid injury.
Back to School Colouring Contest
With the start of school season we wanted to challenge and reward your colouring skills this month so we're excited to announce our BACK-TO-SCHOOL COLOURING CONTEST (since it makes our walls look so beautiful to put up your children's works of art!). As always, we will award prizes in 3 different age divisions. You can download your copy below or pick one up at your next adjustment! Contest closes September 30th.
