Help Us Spread the Word!

Do you know someone working on the front line or in an essential service who needs Chiropractic Care during this time?

We are able to accept new Clinic Members who are essential service workers, or who are in need of an acute/emergency care appointment.

Our process remains the same with the first appointment being a Complimentary Assessment.

Have them contact us and we will take it from there.

Hello from our Massage Therapists!

While the government state of emergency remains in effect, unfortunately our RMT's are unable to work as they have been deemed a non-essential service. Just because they're not in the clinic, doesn't mean they aren't thinking of you! Read their messages below:

Hi Everyone!

Unfortunately COVID-19 is still a world-wide pandemic and as per government regulations I am still unable to practice at this time. I thought I would reach out and say "Hi" and send well wishes to everyone reading this!

Although I haven’t been “working”, being a pregnant (22 weeks) full time mom to an almost 3 year old keeps me busy! I’m currently soaking up the extra time with my little guy, reading the Harry Potter series and recently taught myself to crochet! So I'm keeping busy the best that I can but miss being at the clinic!

Hope to see you all soon! Stay healthy and take care! Kelly

Hello Everyone!

I hope that you and your family are all keeping healthy and safe during this difficult time. I also hope that you guys are using the time that we have been presented with for whatever your heart desires (or doing things that you have been procrastinating about. LOL!).

I just want to let you all know that you are all in my thoughts and I miss you all dearly!

As for me, I am using the time that I am gifted with to finally catch up with mundane tasks that I have been putting aside. As some of you may know, I started teaching a few months back, and I am blessed that this opportunity opened up when it did, as it is keeping me busy and SANE! Other than that, I am enjoying every moment of this quarantine as I get to spend so much time with my loved ones and I hope that you are given the same opportunity.

Hang in there peeps and focus on the good! We'll soon get back to (new) normal.

Missing you all!

Spreading Positivity

We are doing our part to add some positivity to your day.

When you are in for your next appointment, we may ask to take a small video clip of you to include in our monthly video montage for our Instagram and Facebook pages.

Want to help spread the positivity but you don't have an appointment booked? Email us a short, 5-10 second video clip or you and/or your family waving, dancing, etc. for us to include.

Please Note:

We do require a signed photo/video release waiver for photos and videos to be used.

Surviving Motherhood

During the week of April 27th to May 1st, we hosted mini "Surviving Motherhood" Workshops with local community professionals on our Instagram Live. If you didn't get a chance to check them out or you want to revisit them, head to the Health Blog section of our website.

Regular Care Appointment Update

Due to COVID-19, we will be continuing to shift all of regular care appointments by one month. If you are scheduled for a regular care appointment on or before May 31, 2020, we will be shifting your appointment by one month.

Example 1: if you have a chiropractic appointment on Monday, May 4th at 11:00am with Dr. Tara, the appoint will be moved to Monday, June 1st at 11:00am with Dr. Tara.

Example 2: if you have a chiropractic appointment on Thursday, May 21st at 2:30pm with Dr. Tamara, the appointment will be moved to Thursday, June 18th at 2:30pm with Dr. Tamara.

However, if we cannot move your appointment to the exact same date and time, we will find a similar appointment for you and send you an email with your new appointment information. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.

Please Note: If you have already been contacted by us about your previously scheduled appointment or for an acute or emergency care appointment, your appointment date and time will not change.

Massage Therapy Update

As Massage Therapy is deemed a non-essential service, the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario is monitoring the situation daily and will be providing an update on May 6th with respect to the decision and ability for our RMTs to provide care. We will provide our Clinic Members with any applicable updates.
