I’m very excited to be back at Advanced Vitality! This year was quite the rollercoaster ride for everyone, but I want to thank you all for the well wishes on the birth of our son, Callum! He was definitely the highlight of 2020 for our family! Although I have cherished my time at home with my boys, I am looking forward to my return! I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season and I look forward to seeing you in the clinic!"
Kelly's modified hours are as follows starting January 5th:
Tuesdays from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Thursdays from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Holiday Contest Winners
We had an awesome month gearing up for the holidays with some fun and exciting contests throughout December.
Our Holiday Colouring contest was once again a hit! Thank you to everyone who participated. It made for some tough competition.
Congratulations to Jacob (left), the winner of our 7-12yr old age group, Gwyneth (middle), the winner of our 0-6yr old age group, and to Holly (right), the winner of our 13yr+ age group.
Our Christmas Spirit week was a great success! Congratulations to Larisa, the winner of the Christmas Spirit Week Amazon Gift Card.

Secure your 2021 Appointments
As we are now into the New Year, we highly encourage clinic members to pre-book their Chiropractic, Registered Massage Therapy, Athletic Therapy and Ideal Protein appointments for 2021. This will ensure that your appointments are booked in a time that works best for your schedule, and will help you adhere to your recommended care plan.
Pre-booked appointments can always be rescheduled at a later date if needed.
Orthotics Workshop
Saturday, March 6th, 10:00am to 1:00pm
We will be hosting our Winter Orthotics Workshop with Chiropodist Dr. Jennifer Chua at Advanced Vitality from 10:00am - 1:00pm on Saturday, March 6th. Spots are limited and they fill up quickly. To book your 15 minute assessment, call or email us at the clinic.
