We want to extend a big congratulations to RMT Kelly and her family on the birth of their son Callum! Callum was born August 27th and everyone is doing well and settling in to being a family of four!

Advanced Vitality will be closed on Monday, October 12th for Thanksgiving.

Dr. Tamara is on Vacation!
Dr. Tamara will be away on vacation the week of October 12th to 16th. Appointments that would typically fall on this week will be booked the week prior to help you adhere to your care plan.
Dr. Tara has opened more hours during the week of October 12th to 16th to accommodate our clinic members.
Ideal Protein Fall Campaign Launch
We are excited about our upcoming fall campaign launching October 12th! As part of our new Ideal Protein initiatives, we are launching our own dedicated Ideal Protein Facebook and Instagram pages as well as newsletters. Coach Maria is hard at work coming up with a delicious and healthy Phase 1 compliant Thanksgiving menu that we will share on these platforms shortly!

"Just One Week" Results
Our “Just 1 Week Campaign” was a hit and we are so proud of the accomplishments that we saw our dieters achieve! Here are some motivating numbers!
Average total weight loss for the week was 5.85lbs
Greatest weight loss by one of our dieters for the week was 7lbs!
Non scale achievements our dieters noted:
Less bloating
Better sleep
Felt their clothes fit better
One dieter said "I'm more determined to continue, knowing I had others on the same bus encouraged 100% compliance and it paid off!"

Halloween Colouring Contest for All Ages!
By popular demand, we are opening our colouring contest to ALL AGES this month. We will award prizes in the following age groups:
0-6 yrs | 7-12 yrs | 13 yrs+
The colouring contest will run from October 1-31, 2020. Prizes for age group winners will be announced on Monday, November 2nd and will be featured in our November newsletter!
How to Participate
We are now offering virtual participation. CLICK HERE to download your copy of our Halloween colouring contest sheet. You can also pick one up next time you are in the clinic.
How to Submit
1. Post a picture of your completed sheet to social media tagging Advanced Vitality:
Facebook: @advancedvitality and #AdvancedVitality
Instagram: @advanced_vitality and #AdvancedVitality
OR
2. Email a photo of the completed sheet with your name on it to info@advancedvitaity and use the subject heading “Halloween Colouring Contest”
OR
3. Drop off your completed sheet the next time you are in the clinic

Trick or Treating at Advanced Vitality
During the week of October 26th, we invite all kids to trick or treat at Advanced Vitality!
Those who would like to participate are asked to wear their costume into Advanced Vitality and will receive a treat bag.
We would also love to show off your costumes! We will ask your permission to take your picture to post on social media.
