Imagine you had 2 'cores'. The first one is the one we all know as the abdominal region. The super important muscles that support your upright posture and keep the midsection strong. We will call this the movement core. Now imagine a second core, one that runs up and down through the center of your body like an apple core. We will call this the "communication core".

The "communication core" connects your brain to all your body functions. This part of your core keeps you alive, healthy and vital. Using the INSiGHT Health Scans, we take 3 different tests along this communication core and use the data to calculate your CORE SCORE. Your core score tells us how much interference is in your communication core and how we can begin to help you.

The CORE SCORE is based on a scale from 0-100. The higher the number, the better the communication along those important nerves. It's kind of like grades at school. You want an "A", but there are lots of "B's" and the actual average is usually a "C".
