The Insight Technology measures health markers with three types of scans:
Heart Rate Variability
Thermography
Electromyography (EMG)
The collected data is combined into one easy to understand Core Health Score. We use this data to measure your Core Score at the beginning of your care plan and at progress evaluations to quantify and demonstrate your improvement with real data. It’s a great way to measure and see your progress.

We are so excited to welcome another baby to our growing Advanced Vitality family.
Ladie is doing well and highly anticipating the arrival of her first child.
Unfortunately due to current restrictions, we are unable to host a baby shower, so instead we will be giving a cash gift. If you'd like to contribute, you can leave a cash donation to either Rebecca or Abby at the front desk.

Clinic Member Spotlight: Meet Derek
Supporting Community Involvement
Derek has been a clinic member at Advanced Vitality since 2016. He is a highly motived marathon runner, and recognizes the benefits that regular chiropractic and massage therapy care have on his performance.
In 2018, Derek became a volunteer with Crime Stoppers and has been involved with many fundraisers for various charities.
Derek completes 4-5 hours of training a month with the Georgian Bay Search & Rescue and his team is often called upon by the OPP or South Simcoe Police to help in various situations. Currently, Derek is taking studying at Georgian College for Police Foundations, hoping to step into the fields of security or by-law.
“This is how we help you, and how you help us … that’s community involvement – we are a small town – so it’s up to the community!”
Cheers to Derek and his involvement and commitment to the community.

Congratulations to James and Angela on welcoming their sweet baby boy,
Jesse-James, on February 16, 2021!
Angela saw Dr. Tamara regularly throughout her pregnancy for Prenatal Chiropractic Care. James and their older son have also been seeking regular chiropractic care at Advanced Vitality. We're excited for when Jesse-James comes to have his first visit!

Our Easter Colouring contest is open to ALL AGES! Prizes will be awarded to the following age groups:
0-6 yrs | 7-12 yrs | 13 yrs+
Age group winners will be announced on Tuesday, April 6th!

How to Submit
1. Post a picture of your completed sheet to social media tagging Advanced Vitality:

Appointment Text Messaging Update
It was recently brought to our attention that some Clinic Members were receiving text message appointment reminders from American phone numbers.
This has since been fixed and our appointment text message reminders now come from a phone number out of Montreal.
If this is still an issue for you, and you would like to receive an alternative type of appointment reminder, please let our CHA's know.
